I got the same problem like Unrak. Looks like, when phpBB is starting a new session, it adds the session-id to the image-source. It looks like this:
...../theme/images/raid_progress/?sid=325306603d975bf8bf2cd338f7ea84631.gif
After a refresh, or when a session is already running, everything works ...

In the adminpanel of the raid progress block some of the dropdowns do not keep the amount of the killed bosses (Archa25, Trial of the Crusader (Hero 10+25). They always switch back to 0/5 ... on the frontpanel everything is fine.
Is this a bug or an error in my installation?
