Hi Guys,
Im not a big fan of using announcements or global announcements or a seperate forum to queue up news on the portal.
I was wondering if someone could make a mod like below ?
Perhaps theres already a work around for this but i havent been able to find it.

Its not a SQL bug.
I had to add portal.php to my httpd.conf file and restart apache for it to work.
Perhaps you may need to do the same.
