You cannot test IPN if you run localhost. I now work for a place where I can upload my stuff to their server
for testing.

I stopped working on it because I was laid off from my job. I don't have time to do this as of now.

Ok, I have been working on this for some time and should have a working solution soon. We'll be using the PayPal IPN to return the notification and ths then be able to post info about the donor.

After installing, the configuration page for the Portal should be on the .MODS tab of the ACP.
There you can enable/disable all the blocks you want as well as configure them by clicking on them in the left menu.

You should use the instructions for the subsilver2 style as said in this post by the Hermes style author:
