Add after,

<a href="{U_PORTAL}">{L_PORTAL}</a> &#187;

Play with the placement!

You will also have to add the portal Folder into your new template!

Three mods I added Rep points, Arcade, and Portal.

It's all trial and error

I assumed perhaps it was this mod because it' calls for an edit to the adm/index.php
