1.My current updates are from your updated files.
2.I am planning to empty or delete the portal tables from phpMyAdmin and try fresh from your updated files. Any suggestion?

Yes, I tried it on Firefox & Windows 10 Edge. Same Result.
I tried with Prosilver special edition with no luck.

You need to empty your browser cache, or simply do CTRL F5 on that page.
Normally that should fix it.

I did that plus cleared forum caches. The result same.

Since some compatibility issue with phpBB 3.2 I disabled the Board3 2.1.0 portal. I updated with modified files on my computer those are available on board3.de. on localhost install_portal did not finish properly. ACP was not available.

Now I installed it successfully on host server under test directory. It works fine.
Excellent portal.
