Re: Problem on Portal.php
The latest version of board3 portal is 1.0.3 so I suggest you download and install that version and that will remove all the bugs encountered since 1.0.0RC3 and at the same time add some new features to your portal.

Re: Can't find some code in Overall_header.html
The edits to the overall_header.html is adding a link to the portal only.
You can place this link just about anywhere that suits your board.
I suggest you post it before Board index and in the same format that the current .html has the menu links listed.

Re: Update/Install ACP Issue
My upgrade went relatively smoothly.
Did you run the /install folder with the instructions on how to update?
Did you delete the files (if any) required to be deleted?
Once I had v1.0.3 installed I then over wrote the new blocks and template files with my own which I had modified to suit my board ...

Everyone has a roadmap but where is the end of the road?
The world wide web is a never ending road and if you have your own website, you know that you set it up the way you envisage and then as time goes by you continually make changes to it ... so the road is never ending.

Re: Final Version ?? When ?
You could also ask when the final version of phpBB2 or phpBB3 will happen .......... the answer is quite simply ......... never.
