Hmm, it may be that the files din't save as the right type, can you confirm they are all saved as utf-8 without bom?

This problem is nothing to do with the Acidtech style it's to do with the acp module system...?

Have you created a Hebrew translation for the portal? If not it'll try to open non-existing files and break.

Make sure the includes/acp files have been uploaded correctly. If that doesn't fix it re-upload the install_portal dirrectory, browse to install_portal/install.php click "Uninstall" on the left hand column, follow the instructions on screen then reinstall by browsing to install_portal/inst...

Also go ACP -> Styles -> Themes -> prosilver -> Refresh

The yet unreleased version of Firefox 3.1 is supposedly as fast or faster than chrome anyway. I'm using the alpha version of it and it seems pretty good to me!

If you mean bullet points in the menu, you haven't uploaded the new stylesheet portal.css and/or done the new edit to stylesheet.css. And don't forget to refresh your cache!
