Actually, Marc, that worked for viewing the page in IE, I always forget to double check that.
Firefox still is off center, but its now centered for IE users, thank you.

Re: [EN] Weatherforecast with User ZIP code (weather.com)
That looks the same (purged cache, refreshed theme), but thanks for trying. One of these day's I'll just have to learn how this works.

Re: [EN] Weatherforecast with User ZIP code (weather.com)
Thanks but no.
I know how to put it in a center block, but I want it centered in the center block, not off to the left looking unbalanced.

Re: [EN] Weatherforecast with User ZIP code (weather.com)
Hi guys, really, REALLY stupid question here. I'm using this Accuweather block set to a default location (I don't want users to be able to set their own as the website is for a specific location). How can I get the block to be centered in my portal block, instead of aligned to the left? http://www.s...

Re: Cookie problem - expiring repeatedly
I know, that's what it sounds like.
But the board was keeping me logged in just fine UNTIL I installed the portal. Go figure, I don't know enough to know why it would do it, I'm just thrilled that its working now *whew*

Re: Cookie problem - expiring repeatedly
Thank you so much! That did fix the problem, perfectly. I changed it to just plain .skmhta.com instead of reflecting the "main" domain, purged the cache, left the forum, came back and I was logged out again.. logged in again so it could save the info, then tested again, and now its keeping...

Re: Cookie problem - expiring repeatedly
That's kind of what I am thinking as well, but I don't know enough to really know.. you know? ;) Yes, I have tried it in both Firefox and IE, different versions of IE as well, different computers, different accounts. All have the same result. Every other phpbb forum I use remembers me.. but this is ...

Re: Cookie problem - expiring repeatedly
Hi all. I've seen both here and on the phpbb boards a few people scattered here and there having this issue with the board refusing to remember people once this portal was installed. In my case, this portal was the very first mod I've done to my brand new phpbb3 install, everything worked great befo...

Re: SQL error on install
Yes, it is there: define('IN_PHPBB', true); define('IN_PORTAL', true); $phpbb_root_path = (defined('PHPBB_ROOT_PATH')) ? PHPBB_ROOT_PATH : './'; $phpEx = substr(strrchr(__FILE__, '.'), 1); include($phpbb_root_path . 'common.' . $phpEx); include($phpbb_root_path . 'portal/includes/functions.'.$phpEx)...

Re: SQL error on install
Okay, that allowed me to run the installer, which looked perfect, then I deleted the install_portal folder.
Now I'm getting this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: bbcode_nl2br() in /home/hoofprin/public_html/forum/portal/block/poll.php on line 323

Re: SQL error on install
Dang, and now my entire board is giving that error about the missing table.. not just when I run the install.
