Ok i re-installed the theme and now it seems it wants to be full width anyway?
Anyway i am going to leave it t that i only have one more question now yay!
I would love to know if there was any sort of if statement that i could use for the portal link so when the portal is disabled the link is not ...

lol That sorted it for that style but i now have a problem with the style aero blue i think it is a subsilver2 based style you can see it here http://testboard.phpbbhosts.co.uk/
