May I ask why you can not upload the portal files yourself? Or is it that you have trouble understanding the setup instructions?

Yep! it's a pop up and yes I installed that mod on my portal, I simply addded a link to the radio in my main menu block and when you hit the link the radio pops ...

Yes Paul abandoned his mod, *schade*! But I think I can understand him a bit.
In te meantime I installed handyman's chat/shout on the production site out of frustration but - like I said- I have always preferred Paul's approach.
